Store brand. Not leggings-tight but not falling off either. Not jeans but not dress slacks.

Cat and jack girls black jeggings
I put them on my son.they're not tight like leggings and they're nicer than jeans IMHO. All my friends out their boys in them.

I second this. My son is super skinny and I use target jeggings as well.
They have 365 return policy even after they were worn.

Please don't return if you got good use out of them. I don't want them making the return policy stricter due to those who abuse the intention of the policy.
That being said, my toddler has been wearing the jeggings this winter and they've held up well.

I just took a whole pile of rubber cat and jack leggings back to the store and by customer service they told me it's normal wear and tear and did not refund me!

Oh interesting. I’ve never actually tried taking them back but I thought they would accept it if I tried as that is their policy.

Cat and jack is a target owned brand which I’m pretty sure is only sold in target. What do you mean by it needs to be returns to cat and jack directly?
