I'd be worried when they defrost the boxes will get wet.
I'd rather freeze the cakes separately and Purim night/early morning package them.

I did it last year, froze by bakery goods in bakery boxes, I was also worried but they were perfectly fine! Did it again this year

I bought very similar and did a test run, it did get damp and the sticker ran.

Boxes will most probably get moist/wet.

I'm not putting the labels on early.
Do you think putting them in ziploc bags , or maybe in big garbage bag, might help?
