I've been looking online (Shein, amazon, zara, h and m, kidichic etc) but have yet to find long sleeve dresses for yom tov for my daughter (which are below the knee) for a reasonable price (max $50). If anyone can share links, it would be very appreciated. Thanks.

go on junee sale- there are really beautiful things for clearance, yes it was annoying to pay for shipping but I got 2 really nice outfits for 46$
