How do you eat healthy and not gain weight. I’m either nauseous and eat very plain foods but do not throw up or I’m feeling good but just extremely tired and overeat on the wrong foods.
How do you deal with food addition during pregnancy? I think I’m addicted to food cuz it soothes me in good times, hard times, bored times and fun times. Anyone relate ? Smile

It'sfunny because sometimes people online post their pregnancy bellies every month and they have flat stomachs until like month 5/6
Meanwhile by month 2, I'm gaining weight because 1st trimester I have cravings and just can't eat normally. I'm a healthy eater when I'm not pregnant, but that 1st trimester I think I eat the worst.
