Definitely space farm.
It's also very big and doesn't feel crowded even if there's many people there.

Went to white post last chol hamoed. It was very very crowded. The birds wouldn't come eat from the seed sticks and the goats wouldn't drink the milk bottles, they were so full.

White post is more for little kids, petting zoo, etc.
Space farm has all the big animals like lions.
They are very far from each other though. Not sure where you are coming from but distance may be a factor.

We went to whitepost
It was an awesome experience!! We fed the parakeets on seed sticks, carrots to the giraffe
There were cute monkeys and goats! Really nice place
