Anyone have this?
At first she was doing fine on it but lately she's acting out of it. No interest in playing with neighbors. Acting quieter than usual. Looking very pale.

Guanficiene can affect blood pressure, making it lower. I would call the prescribing Doctor mention the symptoms and see what they say.You could also get your child's blood pressure taken and see if it's lower than it should be.

This needs to be addressed. Please discuss with your prescribing doctor.

I have an appointment to discuss with psych today.
Do you think switching to just a stimulant might help?

What dose is she on? It could be she needs a lower dose and it could be she needs to change meds.

See if she needs to poop when she goes pale. My son, when he was underweight, had vagus nerve issues related to poop. He gained weight (way too much, sadly) which solved that problem. At that time he wasn't on this med--- ironically, NOW, when that's no longer his issue, he is. So I don't know whether it's med related--- I just wanted to give the vagus nerve suggestion. Perhaps she's underweight or needs another method to solve a vagus nerve issue.
