Is it just me, or am I the only frummie who LOVES egg nog, fruit cake, monkey bread, xmas style cookies, and other related food items. I make them kosher and a friend of mine (also frum) calls me the [gentile]!

eggnog has always grossed me out, but I'm always seeing these yummy monkey bread recipes on another message board that I post on (not specifically jewish.) I might try one soon.

LOL - our local kosher ice cream shop has egg nog ice cream - it's a bit of weirdness for me, brings back some 'old tapes', LOL, but it's very, very good!!

Fruitcake, you can have!!! Makes a good doorstop!!!

its a holiday drink with eggs , cinnamon and nut meg and other things in it I think, I just know what the soy one is ,I`v never had the real egg nog

I will post a recipe eventually that uses vanilla pudding. It is soooooooooooo good. And Monkey bread is coming soon!

the commercial kind probably doesnt-too unsafe. but the "real" kind I think does. never had it myself though. dont like nutmeg. but if the recipe looks interesting enuf, I may just try it.
