I am in, for a challenge! So today, I went on bike (outdoors) -6-7 miles, for an hour. Boy, was that hard!

You guys have embarresed mr in to excercising. Today, I biked for one hour and kayaked for 35 minutes. Now I am going to take a hot bath!!!!!

I did exercise today

I walked 28 short blocks in the morning

in the afternoon I walked 8 Avenue Bloks plus another 12 short blocks

Total = 3.2 miles

agh! im starting to think im not so sure of myself! I didnt exercie thursday or today at all!!! Gotta get back into it! But this stupid strep has really got me moving slow!

Jogged and did uphill sprint drills for an hour last night. We jogged a little under three miles.
And now I'm being bad and eating haagen daz ice cream for breakfast Sad

1.5 miles on strider, this machine is a killer, I could not do more than that and it took me 15 min, 30 weight training.

I walked between 4 and 5 miles with my stroller yesterday. Didn't keep track on the time, though.

Today I plan on walking some more and going to curves later.
