Since I got hooked on Imamother I find it takes from my work time.
I just set a timer to give myself just 5 minutes..
it rang and I'm still on here...
what do I do???

I work out of the home in computers and I find it nearly impossible not to waste work time on this. I'm beginning to feel that this is truly an addiction. Maybe we need a private closed forum for a detox? On The Computer 24/7

tamiri - how could you say that?? Smile and take away my form of relaxation..
I guess it is an addict if I'm still here.. (though my excuse is I'm waiting for files to upload)

did you see on the top of the screen about the scheduled downtime. Maybe Yael can arrange some scheduled downtime for the addicts among us.

The first step is to stop transferring blame. Imamother is not *taking* your work time - YOU are. Repeat after me: I am taking away my work time by being on Imamother; I am taking away my work time by being on Imamother etc.
Once you take responsibility, it will be easier to ignore Imamother. Including me.

I find I go on here between topics, or when my concentration starts to wane a bit. I call it "mental health" time, do one sivuv of forums and get off again quick!!!

if you're your own boss, get meaner! Tell yourself no imamother during work hours! I thought about memo-ing myself and cc'ing to my personal file, actually...... no imamother, no facebook games..... and no housework! Although this morning during work time I ran the dryer.... I made up for it by working a bit tonight during prime goof off time. Smile
