I have a 3 lb Silvertip roast that I'm supposed to be making for Y"T. Any ideas how to make it? No vinegar, mustard etc. please.

I made the same thing. I just roasted it. pour spices like salt pepper garlic on top and then rub in some olive oil. Bake uncovered on 350 for like an hour and half.
