problem is this year I have a nut allergy, a soy allergy and a chocolate allergy.
Im looking for ideas of what I can bake so that they can all enjoy.
all suggestions are welcome Smile

I posted a snickerdoodle recipe that is nut, chocolate and soy free and they are delicious. Also simple to make.

carrot cake
pumpkin bread, banana bread made w craisins instead of nuts or choc chips
oatmeal raisin/craisin cookies
jam bars from spice and spirit cookbook are good( I use oil instead of marg)\
any fruit crisp is delicious

in general, you can substitute juice (I prefer apple than orange) for soymilk

Okay, I read something about onion cookies.

This isn't me, despite the same name. And I've never eaten, but it sounds kind of interesting. Let me know if you make the above. I think I'll get my daughter (the baker in our family) to make them.

There are also recipes for sweet onion cookies. Here's that.

totally easy to avoid all three.

just look through any cookbook, most basic ingredients are soy, nut and chocolate free.

There is a great recipe for molded cookies in the purple spice an spirit, its called bon bon surprises. it has the consistency of play dough. its so much fun to shape and decorate.

You can decorate with sprinkles, coconut, candy pieces, or even dried fruit pieces.

you can do things with puff pastry, like palmiers. You can do stained glass cookies, black and white cookies with pink instead of chocolate glaze, jelly roll cookies, use mini marshmallows instead of chocolate in chocolate chip cookies, kbd short on time has a recipe for lemon filled cookies, you can do meringues, honey cake (not the right time of year, but I did it with my cooking club and we decorated them as honeybees), peach cobbler - use canned peaches, so you dont have to peel anything, if you can get fondant you can do a session on using that, it's pretty similar to marzipan, so you can make fruit, people, flowers, etc.
If something calls for chopped nuts, I read someplace you can subsitute it with chopped pretzels, for a similar crunch and consistency.
