lemon-dipped rugelach if it's already dipped in the lemon, could I still rebake it if it's a little underbaked?

I guess so. You don't want to serve half raw rugelach. You can always redip a little.

ok, thanks! Do you know what color they are supposed to be? Is it more light or darker brown/gold? I baked it like the cookbook said about 15-20 minutes but it was a drop doughy on the inside.

then you gotta bake them more ... just keep checking every 3 minutes ... pick one up the bottom if tapped should sound hollow when fully baked ... or is that just with bread ...
