How many dirty diapers a day?

My newborn had about 11 dirty diapers yesterday. Is this normal?!

When my son was being nursed it was 1 dirty diaper per feeding. I think 11 is a lot but if it's normal that he goes after every feeding and it only happened yesterday, I wouldn't worry too much.

I know that a baby thats breastfed, however many dirty diapers he makes or doesnt make is absolutely fine but baby formula fed is possible that is constipated or diarrehea should see dr

breastfed babies can go all over the place...especially when they're young.

some days we have multiple dirty diapers within minutes, definitely 11-12 easily sometimes for a day.

then we'll have a couple days where baby doesn't go at all (just pishy diapers).

eh, it's more or less all normal as long as there are no symptoms to indicate illness, chas v'shalom.
