Can I warm up chulent in a slow cooker made during the week to eat shabbos lunch. I want to put it in slow cooker Friday afternoon should I keep it in the keep warm setting?

is it frozen? if so, put the frozen cholent in the pot. do not add water. put on low for about two hours. switch to warm it should be fine.

you can add water after the two hours on low if needed.

But being that it was cooked before can I put it back again on Friday? No its not frozen just in fridge.

sure you can put it back. put it on low long enough to get the cholent nice and hot and switch it to warm.
if you plan to do this regularly, you may want to use inserts. you can tie up the bag for placement in the fridge and stick the cholent, bag and all, back in the crock pot when you want.

So you say about an hour on high and then just switch to keep warm overnight till lunch on shabbos

that should do. check the water level when you switch to warm. you may want to add some so it doesn't burn.
cholent is meant to be on the flame forever and a day anyway.
