I made last night chicken franks on the George Foreman, but I made a whole package and we only ate a few.

What can I do with the franks tonight for supper?

don't see why it should be bad, maybe let the potatoes cook first and then add the franks at the end.

Wrap them with some Pepperidge Farm sheets (or any other brand), slice in small pieces, bake for a few minutes. Kids love franks in blankets!

ooh good idea ... I like to use the kinneret puff pastry ... cut each frank in 4 lengthwise and then other way ... each pastry square in 4 ... then put at angle and bake ...

I don't know, when some people make deli roll they use it and I like it as a dipping sauce for corn dogs (which has franks inside), so it's not so far fetched.

A bit off topic. I do the puff pastry thing with any leftover cold cuts and I do add either mustard or duck sauce inside. Actually doing that tonight cuz got some cold cuts from Shabbos that I wanna use.

My kids LOVE franks in blanks. When I have a lot of kids over on Shabbos they are always a guarenteed winner. Especially with teenage yeshiva boys. Go figure!

BTW, here in Israel, franks in blankets are called "Moshe b'Tevah" Smile
