From the Heimishe Kitchen:
5 cups flour
10 oz. whip cream
1/2 c sugar
1 lb margarine
mix, fill, shape, bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes (I found it needed more).
Problem is I just made them and all the Hamantashen opened up in the oven. Maybe I didn't pinch them enough??

you gotta brush them with egg or oil for "glue"
