I am a mortgage broker. I'm great at making people feel comfortable and because I'm a frum woman people can trust me to understand their specific needs in each case. I really like it because I can make my own hours and still get done everything that needs to get done for the mortgage to close in time.

I’m a web developer (that's design & programming) and that’s as specific as I can get in this competitive market. Boruch Hashem, being a woman in this industry gives me the advantage that I don’t have the pressure of parnassah 100%, I have the luxury of loving every ‘extra’ dime that I earn. Anyway, that’s the way I look at it. Dealing with the awful men out there that take advantage of every female that they do business with… now that’s a megilla for itself.

Accountant . But to the secretaries- dh is a lawyer in his own practice. He couldn't manage w/o his seretary. He had a fabulous secretary for a few years (she also babysat Rosh Hashana & Y"K).She did everything in his office. Then she applied to a BIG law firm as paralegal. When they called dh, he explained everything she did as she was his only secretary.Well now she has a big office inthat law firm with her own assistant.

Office manager for one of the group homes for HASC. I don't like "secretary" because to me that's answering phones & passing on mesaages & doing odds & ends. I have a ton of paperwork all due at different days of the month/year. That's my main job. There are hardly any phone calls.
