anyone have experience on what signs they saw on their baby who had an allergy or sever eczema? even the Drs cant say as yet what it could be..my baby is 4 mths old..

he has red patches all over his body with really dry skin, red puffy eyes - which has its ups and downs, a constant runny, blocked nose, and always moves his head from side to side when he tries to sleep.
I had rto change the formula I give as supplement once already because he would scream like crazy after each feed...that got better with the change but the other symptoms then developed. I cant put him down for very long without him crying

It sounds like severe allergic reactions to me. My baby started developing some of those symtoms at 3 months though not that bad. I had blood work done and he's severly allergic to a number of basic foods. I must carry an epipen everywhere and I think you need to as well. Have him checked. It's not too early to see and it can be life threatening.

My baby also tosses his head sometimes when he is sleeping. I read that babies do that when they are sleepy. I don't think it's allergy related but I could be wrong. In any case, I'm going to ask the pediatrician about it because it looks uncomfortable.

What you describe sounds like a severe reaction to something he's allergic to. What formula are you giving now? Nutramigen?

If you're also nursing, the baby might be allergic to something you eat.
