I second fish.
Hmmmm I think we're going to have
french onion soup
salmon with a creamy sauce
broccoli quiche
blintzes
knishes
garden salad
greek tomato salad
for those who will eat olives, aish.com has a great-looking greek orzo salad!!

borrito pie and spanioka (which is spinich and feta in filo dough) were also making pizza balls from kosher by design kids.

Mushroom quiche
1 frozen pie shell
2 Spanish onions
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 oz. muenster cheese
Bake pie shell on 325 degrees for 15 min.
saute onions and mushrooms pour in to bowl add rest of ing. EXCEPT CHEESE mix well pour in to pie shell top with cheese bake on 350 degrees 45 min.
