Yeah.

So there are 100 people together in a dark room. They all get a hat on; there are 50 white hats and 50 black ones.
One by one, they have to go into a room with light and line up in such a way that all the black hats are on one side and all the white hats on the other. It should be 1 big line all together.

They're not allowed to talk or communicate in any fashion, and clearly they can't see what color hat they've got on. They can only see the hats of the other people.

How do they solve this?

I dont get it. If they're on 2 different sides, how could it be 1 big line? Scratching Head

They're making one big line, with all the whites on one end and all the blacks on the other. Like this:
