If anyone has it - how do you use it?
Do you just put anything you would put in the oven in htere for the same time on 350?

I bought a Rival for Pesach and it was defective.
My sister has a Hamilton Beach and says that's what it's supposed to do.
Please let me know if it works.  I want to get a Hamilton Beach one for Pesach this coming year but don't want to get stuck again with a broken oven.
The lady I spoke to at customer service told me it should do the same thing as a regular oven, but cooking a bit slower is normal. Mine took hours to cook a chicken and only cooked when set on the highest temp.
