My sister just sent me a challah recipe that calls for 100 grams fresh yeast. Does anyone here know how much ready dry yeast to convert that to?
I tried to look it up online but found all the answers too confusing.

I used to own a professional bakery and we always used one tblsp for each kilo flour. Works fine with all bread recipoes and commercial formulas. Your bread will keep longer with dry.
