Clothing gemach for little kids-New clothes?

I'm posting for a friend that was left penniless with barely any clothes for the winter. Where can she get new or very gently used clothes from a gemach in Brooklyn? I remember reading about a store in Flatbush, I think the name was something like Bobby's, they give clothes lshem mitzvah in a very respectful manner. Does anyone know of that store?
