I helped my mil make this the other night. It came out super yummy. I have a sweet tooth and drizzled it with honey right before eating - really good.
Pepper steak meat (thin strips of meat)
Green beans
Yellow/Orange pepper
Mushrooms
(any veggies work)
Mix the meat with crushed fresh garlic and ginger, salt and pepper. Sautee the meat in a bit of oil and chicken or veggie stock. Take the meat out and set aside. Sautee veggies in leftover stock. Add meat back and toss. Cover and simmer for about 5 min more.
Serve with rice and the sauce from the pan. If you want to make it sweet at a bit of salt and then drizzle with honey before eating.
