season affective disorder (when the gloomy dark days make you feel down) is quite a challenge lately
Id actually rather have snow- its bright- than all this gloomy rain

somehow its worse this season & I really hope you have great advice

Im not depressed but I just feel like sleeping and eating comfort food...

this isnt good
TIA for your brilliant ideas!

I know you mentioned comfort food, but this may be better off in emotional health instead of Kosher kitchen.

Yes! We are supposed to get vitamin D from the sun, but since there is no sun... You really need it.

You can buy or rent a light box that is specially made for this. There are even small ones that can sit on your desk. They are supposed to be really helpful for SAD. Ask at a medical supply store, or home health type of place.

They have the light boxes at Costco also, I think a small one and a larger one.
