I Have this huge bag of shredded cabbage and carrots, there is just so much cole slaw my little family can consume - what else can I make with it?

Sautee it and toss with cooked pasta.
Make egg roll filling.
Use it in a vegetable soup.
sautee and toss with cooked cut up pieces of chicken.
Health salad.
Make a boreka filling with it.
