You can buy a converter box for about $20 at any electronics store such as Circuit City or Best Buy etc.

perhaps I'm a disadvantaged child ... besides there aren't too many things I ask in life for myself ... so yes you are a bit harsh ...

your DVD player still works, no? Just get the West Wing/24/Lost/ER whatever your favourite serial drama and just pretend you're on live TV without garbage commercials...

The govt is giving 2 $40 Rebates to each household. A converter box should be about that amount.

what's a dvd ... I have a vhs ...
live tv ??? ME !!!  8)
and the $40 is just a discount towards a digital converter box - they cost more than that ...
