Does anyone know of a website that shows the best ergonomic sitting and hand posture to avoid carpral tunnel syndrome?
My forearm and shoulder is sore and hurts from work.

or you should be sitting "above" the keyboard with your hands STRAIGHT in line with your elbow, and only the tips of your fingers bending down.
Do NOT rest your wrists on the desk or on a foam anything.
From elbows to first joint of your hand (from hand to finger tip direction) should be in a straight line.

I googled "correct typing posture" and got tons of results. |
THANK YOU!!!!!!! I just put up a post about this, (it's anon, I didnt want to be identified. Oh well!) I didnt even think to look if there are already answers to my question! Nothing I can do about my work computer - it's a laptop but I just move my keyboard down as low as it would go.
