Does it exist? I bought an extra pkg of scallions for Purim, and would like to use it for Shabbos. Is there an easy dip I can make with it? Or any other ideas?

There is a scallion dip recipe in the spice and spirit cookbook. Sorry, I don't have it on hand!

You can use it for a salad, like the cabbage salad.

Thank for the ideas. I really need a dip, but just saw one in the postings at the botom of the page. Maybe I will try that.

I would love to, but DH says it reminds him of yeshiva food. I can't put any kind of raw onion into salads.
