I was waishing meat dishes and my son distracted me and I took a dairy spetula and washed it with a meat spunge than I realized it, so I put aside, should I throw it out or what? what should I do with spetula and the spunge?

Was the water very hot?
I can't tell you for sure, but this happened to my roommate once, who called her father, who's a mashgiach, and he said that it was fine (but I can't remember if the water was or wasn't hot).

If the water was below "yad soledes bo" temp, there is no problem whatsoever and both the spatula and the sponge are perfectly ok.
