What do the different cuts of meat stand for?

Im in Israel and everything is sold by numbers here.
I never know what they stand for.
Does anyone know what beef number 4 and beef number 8 are?
Those are the ones I see specificaly, but if you know what the other cuts of meat stand for, please fill me in! thanks so much.
