I am having a bunch of bochurim for the first night meal. I can't decide if I should go milchig or fleishig. On the one hand its Shavuos so it should be dairy... but I feel like boys would prefer meat and maybe dairy is too heavy... I dunno...
What would you do?

If I did dairy it would be something like:
appetizer
onion soup
garlic bread
onion mushroom quiche
ziti
caeser sald
zucchini muffins
cheesecake

Meat would be about
knishes
potato leek soup
minute steaks
chicken
cauliflower
zucchini muffins
sweet potato pie

I am making both menus either way but the other meal would just be me and my husband...
I am making a big meat meal for a communal meal I am having so it would be easier in a way... Can't decide!! Someone just decide for me please!

I love milchigs on Shavuos but dh always says youre sposed to have fleishigs on yomtov. We have a milchig kiddush in shull. So maybe that helps you decide. Goodluck whatever you do!
