I think that a good cook means that it tastes delicious, is presented nicely, and is not extremely fattening. People love my MIL's cooking which is delicious, but it is soooooooooooo fattening. Everything is fried, with cream, etc and I do not enjoy her food because of this. I end up feeling more gross afterwards. I love my cooking because I mix up the fattening with the healthy, it looks beautiful, and is delicious. I think those that can make a healthy meal that tastes great are the best of chefs! I rate myself a 5.
