I'm trying to figure out what to pack. Is it worth the space to bring a raincoat? Think it'll rain by oct 6th?
whats the weather? still in the 80's? should I bring a light sweater or two?

It's overcast at this moment in Jerusalem...and at 7:00 a.m. yesterday there were 3 drops of water (and AFAIK no one was cleaning the roof). It's definitely starting to cool off.

I would bring a raincoat... and layers. no need for winter stuff but I'd bring a mix of summer and early fall clothes.

It's still hot by day, but it's getting cooler at night, so you will need some warmer clothing for the succah. A sweater should be fine.
