Can I freeze my lukshen kugel?

did anyone ever try freezing lukshen kugel? and if so how does it fair?

It freezes well. Just make sure you cover it tight so there is no freezer taste.

I'll echo everyone else. Yes it freezes very well and I do it frequently. Sometimes I'll freeze a raw batch and at other times when already baked.

Is there a general consensus on raw or cooked? And then how is it warmed for Shabbat?

I'm stocking my freezer with tons of kugels, and this question is SO perfect! Thanks!

yes, fully cooked, heat it wrapped, either in the oven or on top of a pot.

yes, but I'd bAke it and let it cool and then freeze. I wouldn't let it dry out on a blech a whole shabbos, and then freeze it.
