Selling jewlery from home

So Im starting to sell jewlery from home and thinking how to get the most customers.

Anyone have any experience, advice or helpful tips on how to make a jewlery party??

And how to increase the amount of customers (besides advertising in the newspapers).

a way to increase customers is to play referral games at your parties.... tic tac toe, for example where every block has a picture of a free small item that if the person whose name and number each of your guests places in that block holds their own party, the guest earns. A guest at your current party is Lisa. Lisa fills out the tic tac toe with 9 names and numbers---- one of her referrals, Debbie, holds her own party. So Lisa earns what you offered in the block where she wrote Debbie's name and number. Hard to explain.

Another game is book to look---- your guest books her own party (she's a GUEST at your current party but books her own party where SHE is the hostesss) and she gets to look in her envelope and see what she'll get as a gift at her party.

there's lots of those fun ideas.

which company are you repping for? surely your company gives you training? Also be sure to do vendor shows where you set up a table at Channukah boutiques, holiday shows, bridal shows, etc. Have a drawing at those tables for ladies to win x, y, z. Get lots of sign ups, call all the "losers" and tell them they won the second prize-- a free jewelry consultationw ith you, and they get to bring their friends!@
