I need ideas for vegetables I can feed him. He eats cooked carrots and peas, squash and tomato sauce/ketchup (!?). What else can I try? So far he refuses raw tomato and cucumber, and cooked broccoli. What else can I try?

Swiss chard/alei selek, possibly blended up and made into patties?
Butternut squash (I assume you meant zucchini when you said squash).
Roasted kohlrabi/radishes/beets?

My ds (that age) likes spinach, PEELED cucumber, beets, sweet potato, canned green beans, halved plum tomatoes (he doesn't like chunks either, dunno why), and avocado, in addition to what you mentioned above.

broccoli--can be served with dips or mayo, call it "baby tree"
cauliflowers--with or without cheese
green beans--trim ends, lightly steam or boil, keep it still a bit crunchy-tender
sugar snap peas (snowpeas)/mangetouts/babycorns--steam/boil til crunchy-tender.
beetroot--double foil the whole unpeeled thing, bake in the oven till cooked through
sweet potatoes, parsnips--both roasted
baby peas
israeli salad--easy for toddlers because of tiny cuke/tomato pieces
my kids also like shredded carrots, shredded fennels lightly dressed with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

My DD refuses to eat regular vegetables. Sometimes I can sneak them in her mouth if she is not paying attention but most of the time she just points to the vegetables and says "No No No No No." She liked the baby food jars of vegetables so even though she is 19 months I just keep giving them to her so at least I know she is getting something.

I think its better to incorporate the veg into the meal.
For example, as you feed him the meat, put a tiny bit of veg on the spoon.
slowly over time, as they grow older they'll realise the veg is also yummy.
try to keep his eating habits (and tastes) similar to yours - its much easier
good luck.

Cooked califlower has almost no taste and you can serve with rest of dinner.
Have you tried cutting up tiny pieces and letting her eat it by herself? Sometimes that works.
