What did you do if you were exoecting twins by kaporos? (one bird for you and one for wach gender? 2 for each gender due to twins?, etc.?)
If you knew what genders they are can you use gender-specific birds, or does the Torah acknowledge genders prior to birth?
If you did something specific to twins, how did you ensure that it didn't become public that you are expecting twins when you were trying to keep it a secret?
Any other advice/suggestions/tips, etc.?

Each rav holds differently when I was pregnant with One I had to swing three chickens two female one for myself and one for the baby if it was a girl and one boy. but then I was told by someone who was also preg then that she only did two I would see what your rav holds.

Seems then that your rav believes that every pregnant woman uses three chickens- one for herself and one of each gender.
Otherwise your rav would have asked you to swing five... ( one yourself, two more females in case of a pair of girl twins, two more males in case of a pair of boy twins).
In most cases I have heard of-- pregnant women use 2 chickens, male to cover all possibile male children, female to cover the woman and all possible female children.
( In fact, where there is a shortage, people of the same gender often "share" a chicken.)

Just use money instead!
We use 18 cents per peson in our family for the kaparos, and then give a nice check to tzedaka in addition.

I would use tzedaka money instead of chickens?
I would do all the different scinirious of what the twins sexes could be .

Why do we have to do kaparos for a baby that hasn't been born yet and therefore hasn't done anything that requires a kapara?

I've never actually seen it, but I know the expectant mother would use lechatchila three hens and two roosters.
My friend who just had her triplets is lucky she missed out on this! She'd need three roosters and four hens,r ight?

many people "share" -- example all women will use one and all men another.
so I assume a pregnant women with twins can just use one hen and one rooster.

How about if your husband brings home the chickens, so you can "shlug" privately at home? We did that sometimes when I was expecting or when I had a newborn.
