I am looking for the recipe from one of the Erev Shavuos magazines the white sauce from Orchidea chef, along with the mushroom fettucini recipe. If anyone saved the recipe and can let me know what it is I would appreciate.

I made it without the mushrooms and it was a real hit, and everyone is asking for a repeat so....
