I gave birth a few weeks ago and want to start toning and lose 30 pounds. What is a good exercize dvd that really works? I can't do jumping and fast past cardio though.

I don't know if your doctor lets this so soon after a baby but Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is amazing. Just do the first workout, it's plenty tough and you will see results. It is 20 minutes long.
