Hi,
I can't remember what the common practice is on unopened bags of flour - can I put it away and sell it or is it chametz that I must give away/get rid of?
Also, anyone know what the same deal would be with Wheat Germ? (opened)
We're Ashkenaz, not sure if that factors in here.
Thanksss!!!!

I'd just put it with my chametz and sell it.

As long as your minhag is to sell chamatz gamur you can sell it.
If you dont sell chamatz gamur then you should probably give it away.
anyways flour itself isnt chamatz- only if it is mixed with water.
