Right now my e-mail is getting flooded with facebook updates about a topic I'd rather not receive. But I"m not sure what I turn off in my settings. I'm guessing I'm getting post updates. But they are by people I do not know. Maybe my friends are liking them - I'm not sure how they are getting to me.
Any ideas which option to turn off to make it stop?

Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
Click account settings.
Click notifications.
There, you can control how much email you get from FB.
