So far I think Friday its going to be:
gefilte fish and 2-3 salads
soup with matza balls
some sort of chicken cutlet dish with small roasted potatoes and apple/cran. kugel
something baked for desert
Now, for the dips I'm having babaganush and tehina. Which other dips should I get?
Shabos day:
liver, deviled eggs, cold cuts, 2-3 salads, dips
cholent, meat knishes- maybe
ice cream and fruit
What am I missing? What you would do differently? |
Something tomatoey, like matbucha or grilled eggplant salad?

For Shabbos lunch I would add rice or some other starch... just incase one of the girls is vegetarian and hasn't wanted to let you know to make sure you dont go to any trouble (I was a girl like this!).

Or you can put out your leftover apple/cranberry kugel. There is going to be a salad..

I don't see too much green. I would have salad or veggie platter and a hot veg.
