On Meuchedet C- do you get 4 free visits to ANY specialist or does the doctor have to be pre-approved by the kupah?

Has to be affiliated with SHARAP. (And yes, I learned that the hard way.)

SHerut Refui Prati...pre-approved by the kupah, basically. But it's like pulling teeth to get a list...usually they ask who you want to see and then they tell you if that doctor is or isn't on the list.

do you happen to know if the doctors are only at the haddasahs? or also at sharre tzedek and bikur cholim?
who do I call to get the list?

According to what I was told, at my meuchedet snif, they reimburse for any doctor through Sharap at Haddasah (EK, don't know about Har Hatzofim).

My doctor, who works at Bikur Cholim, was on the "approved" list. Just ask the secretaries in your closest Meuchedet if your doctor is ok.
