I used delicious and amazingly simple recipe from this site in the past (maybe a year or two ago?) that called for slicing some zucchini and onions, adding eggs and spices and maybe some other things, placing in a pie crust and baking. no pots or pans, no precooking or sautéing...

does anyone have a recipe like this or can someone post the link to the old thread? I have looked through pages of ancient zucchini threads and cant find it!
