I have this great julienne peeler and LOVE it!
I used it on two zucchini's- but only peel it till it hits the seeds in the middle, then discard that or save it for another recipe. You can then top it with tuna or whatever to enjoy raw (it will be crunchy) or make it more like soft pasta by boiling it a bit or putting in the microwave for a few minutes till its soft.
Yesterday I microwaved it till soft, topped it with marinara sauce and crumbled over it some leftover turkey burgers. it was delicious!!
Was filling too since I used two nice size zucchinis.
Next time I plan to just cook the ground turkey with some spices and pour that over the noodles and sauce.
It looks a lot like spaghetti.

I make that too! I'll put homemade pesto on it or any meat sauce.
