lets say you told him that starting your due date you will be taking off. what happens if you have the baby a week early, what would your boss do then?
Now knowing this, why cant that happen 2 weeks after your due date? |
I'm due on the 29th of the month. I'm hoping I can have all my shifts scheduled earlier in the month so end up being off a week or so prior without costing me anything. Still no guarantees. And by taking off two months I'm hoping I at least have 6 weeks after the baby. It would definitely be irresponsible of me to be on the schedule the month after my due date!
