They have a protocol for Shabbos which is accessible through the support site you receive when you purchase. Basically you eat the same food spaced out for our Shabbos meals and you wash on whole wheat matza (using whatever shiur you hold by). You should use dry wine. |
I know its quite a while since this was actually posted, yet I would like to ask you,
which brand spray did you use?
and now 2 years later how was the maintenance?
Thanks

I just started hcg injections, again.
I did it in the past and kept the weight off for about 3 years.
Then DH got sick (cancer), B"H in remission now, and I started eating junk all over.
In one year I gained 45 of the 50lbs I lost.
Now one of my children are getting married soon so I decided to try a 50 day round to get some weight off
Starting weight 175.4
Binge days. 180
P2 Day 8. 170
My goal is to lose 35lbs in 50 days.
That was what I lost the first time I did hcg.

You can do it!
Refuah Sheleimah to your husband. You might want to talk to someone about the stress you went through, to help you change your tendency to eat for comfort.
(I knew someone who was able to keep their weight under control by taking up knitting!)
