I have a lot of hamantashen dough in my fridge that I didn't get to make into hamantashen. Any ideas about what I can do with the dough? (Not hamantashen- I think we've had enough...)

Freeze it until you know what you want to do! Maybe cookie shapes?

It's a sugar cooky dough, right? roll them into balls and dip them into sprinkles and bake and enjoy!

Yeah you could make sugar cookies - but that is why this year I made only half the amount of dough cause that happened to me last year or was it the year before - can't remember

Do you have any cookie-cutters?
I'm sure they would work well with this type of dough.
Then, after they're baked, you can have fun decorating them.

Roll out the dough, spread any type of filling on it, and roll it up like a jelly roll.
