I made a brownie (gebrokts) that came out pretty good. tastes like a year-round brownie from a box.
make orange chicken... I didn't care for it so much, but dh loved it.
I've made in the past honey breaded chicken from spice and spirit (gebrokts) and I'll probably make it again. we all like it.
I made on onion kugel for shabbos. I thought it was pretty good and dh loved it so much. I made 2 more for pesach. it's gebrokts, too.
the stuffed zuchinni I made was amazing. even my 2 year old ate it and she hates veggies. it's gebrokts, but can easily be made without matzah meal.

if you make gebrokts a lot of things don't taste pesachdik. I remember making pancakes and I took a chometz recipe and substituted matzah meal and I mamesh could not tell the difference.
so if you eat gebrochts try that.
I'm curious what doesn't taste pesachdik that isn't gebrochts. I've had hamburgers come out pretty decently.

me neither. you didn't mention either way so I put that there. Pesach is Pesach. The recipes that taste the same are because the basic ingredients are inherently pesachdik. hamburgers. you could make it with bread crumbs or you could just add grated potato and onions s/p and you have hamburgers that taste like hamburgers. shephard's pie. etc. freshly squeezed juices.

I don't anything terribly fabulous.....we make a striped half gef fish, half salmon which is different.
I make some nice compotes: apple pear sauce, pear strawberry sauce . . . apple pear sauce with lemon, ginger, and oranges.....
Some of the food is the same as during the year - sweet and sour salmon, salads with var. fruits and nuts . . . .
